The JRJ App, is a downloadable application for mobile phones and a webpage accessible from laptops, serving as a substitute for your office desk phone. It empowers users to place and receive calls using their work number, effectively turning their mobile device into an extension of their office phone. Compatible with desktops/laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, JRJ operates via WiFi or data connection, sparing employees from using their personal mobile minutes for business calls.
Please note: Even though JRJ APP works over 4g/5g network, a stable WiFi or data connection is essential for optimal performance

The Remote Worker subscription enables you to install your office desk phone at your remote location, such as your home, providing an identical setup to your office environment.
What’s Required?
A Phone: This can either be your existing office phone or additional phones can be purchased.
Power: For most users, office phones are powered by the PoE (Power over Ethernet) switch in the office. To power your phone at home, you’ll need a local power adapter, which JRJ can provide.
Internet: All you need to do is connect your phone to your home internet router. JRJ Support can help you do this remotely.
